Angie seeks to leverage real-time data and analytics, alongside modelled climate projections, to better protect communities and ecosystems against the catastrophic, cascading and compounding impacts of climate change over time.
She is adept in working across sectors, disciplines, functions, and other boundaries to understand, reduce and manage climate risks whilst reducing emissions to achieve low carbon resilience.
Her innovative and collaborative approaches to technical and policy level work have produced practitioner guidelines for the health infrastructure sector that are informed by international standards and best practices, including ISO14090 and ICLEI’s BARC framework.
Angie has created numerous communities of practice for sustainability and climate resilience with a view to accelerating progress towards an equitable and just society within ecological limits to growth.
